We want you to love your SAU LEE pieces; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
